What is a C.S.A.?
Community-supported agriculture (CSA) is a food production and distribution system that directly connects local farmers and consumers. In short: people buy “shares” of a farm’s harvest in advance and then receive a portion of the crops as they’re harvested.

After purchasing a share, be ready to enjoy weekly vegetables, fresh from the farm and straight to your table. Along with the freshest veggies, you will receive a dozen eggs from another local farmer, and a rotation of seasonal flowers, homemade sourdough bread, and local honey! You are helping a farmer by participating. Whether you are buying for yourself or a loved one, a C.S.A. is more than just a transaction; it is a commitment between farmers and community members.
